After successful payment and verification, access to the purchased course is provided through our website/application or the registered student account.
Course access is normally activated promptly after payment verification. In case of any delay or technical issue, students may contact our support team for assistance.
- Refund Policy
Payments made for digital courses are generally non-refundable once course access has been activated or educational content has been accessed.
A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
• Duplicate payment for the same course.
• Payment successfully deducted but course access cannot be provided due to a technical or administrative issue attributable to us.
• Any other case where a refund is required under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible and may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
- Returns

Students cannot return downloaded, streamed, viewed, or otherwise accessed digital educational content.
- Cancellation Policy
A student may request cancellation before course access has been activated.
Once access to the purchased course or digital educational material has been provided, the purchase generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate course access in cases involving:
• Unauthorized sharing of course content or account credentials.
• Recording, copying, downloading, reproducing, or distributing content through unauthorized means.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions or anti-piracy policies.
Termination for such violations does not entitle the student to a refund.
- Course Access & Validity
Course access is provided for the duration/validity mentioned at the time of purchase. Expiry of the specified course validity does not qualify for a refund.
